Gourmet Northern White Cedar OVAL GRILLING PLANKS

Our Northern White Cedar is not toxic and has a very unique and distinct cedar sap taste when soaked in water before using.  

Our proprietary oval grilling planks are milled so that the sap pores are cut on a diagonal across the grilling surface to allow the sap flavor to escape into the entre' much more easily than the traditional rectangle plank.  We also leave the bark on the plank to encourage more smoke flavor.  The combination of cedar smoke and cedar sap adds an incredible taste experience to salmon or any other entre' that you choose.  Enjoy!
